Four rules for every hook
- Speak to one person. "You" works in emails and organic posts; in paid ads (Meta, native) talk in general terms ("after a breakup...") because ads may not imply the viewer's personal situation.
- Promise the video, not a result. Every bridge sends people to watch Penny's short video. Never promise they will feel better by a date, and never suggest the book will bring an ex back.
- Be kind. Your reader is hurting. Never mock the ex, the reader or anyone's choices.
- Disclose. Put "#ad" or a one-line commission note near the link every time (see Rules).
